Barbara is a highly experienced pediatric executive with a proven track record in hospital operations, staffing, and organizational development.  She served as a senior executive at two children’s hospitals where she was responsible for oversight of all hospital operations, developed partnerships with adult providers for pediatric specialty services, strengthened medical staff relationships, and reorganized senior management staff.
