 Deborah provides quantitative and qualitative support for HS&S clients and has a strong understanding of the business and financial practices of complex health care organizations. Prior to joining the firm, Deborah analyzed patient care practices to ensure efficiency and improve the patient and family experience in the pediatric intensive care unit at UNC Healthcare. During her time with The Emory Clinic, she created a goal-setting model for developing patient satisfaction targets across all clinical departments. Deborah earned her master’s degree in health administration from University of North Carolina and her bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from North Carolina State University.
