 Kate has five years of health care management experience in a variety of health care settings. She currently oversees analysis and research for a variety of HS&S engagements. Kate has particular expertise in physician practice operations and management, budgeting, and recruitment.
Prior to her consulting career, Kate served as a practice manager for a multispecialty, hospital-owned physician group practice with 18 practices and 110 physicians. She also served as financial analyst for the group.
