MANAGER

Health Strategies & Solutions has a full-time opening for a manager. Successful candidates will have a master's degree and five to eight years of experience in a hospital or consulting firm. Candidates must demonstrate experience with managing complex strategic and business planning projects and have strong capabilities in the analytical work that forms the basis of these types of engagements. This position works extensively on client engagements, including travel to client sites, and has responsibility for developing and improving client relationships. Participation in marketing activities including proposals, presentations, and articles is also expected.

Managers are expected to effectively lead project teams as well as develop and train other staff members.  Successful candidates will have excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, written and oral communication skills, and client relationship skills.  Managers should demonstrate competence in four to five HS&S product lines and be able to manage three to four+ projects concurrently.
