Suzanne Borgos - Principal

Suzanne brings both clinical and strategic planning expertise to HS&S engagements.  For the last five years, she has held several administrative positions at North Shore-LIJ Health System, the nation’s third largest, non-profit, secular health care system.  Most recently, she was senior administrative director for neurosurgery, with responsibility for day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and programmatic growth.  She managed 20 physicians and $26 million in practice revenue.  Suzanne also acted as a corporate internal consultant for the system.

She completed an internship with Deloitte Consulting where she worked on the business transformation of a major health insurance company.  In addition, Suzanne interned with the strategic planning department at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.
