Michael Walters, Ph.D. - Senior Strategist

Michael Walters, Ph.D., senior strategist, joins HS&S after almost 23 years as senior vice president, system development at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood, Kentucky, where he was a senior leader responsible for strategic planning and new business development for more than two decades.  Most recently, Mike was the point person on many aspects of the St. Elizabeth-St. Luke merger.  He is a published author and has taught at both graduate and undergraduate levels in health care administration and sociology.
