Keith T. Pryor - Director, Leadership Advisory Services

Keith is a noted authority on health care governance and management, with extensive experience in board evaluation and assessment, restructuring, and education and development. During his 20-year career, Keith has held many high-level health care leadership positions, including serving as president and chief executive officer of the $350 million Berkshire Health Systems, managing director of Diversified Health Search, and associate director of the Sloan Program in Health Services Administration at Cornell University.

Keith has conducted more than 100 presentations to health care organizations and industry trade groups in the last few years, and has led national trustee discussion groups for the American Hospital Association on topics such as community accountability and downsizing. He has authored many articles on issues facing health care boards, edited a handbook for trustees, and has been named to the Healthcare Governance Expert Advisory Panel by Trustee magazine.
