A recognized expert in quantitative analysis and demand forecasting, Hugo has more than 30 years of systems analysis and hospital planning experience. He directs the firm's data activities, specializing in the development of customized computer models and population-based demand forecasts to support strategic, program, and facilities planning.

Hugo's clients have included community and teaching hospitals, multihospital systems, academic medical centers, children's hospitals, and other specialty institutions.
