Sam has had a distinguished career in the health care field, having served in senior management positions for five academic medical centers. Most recently, he has been serving as a consultant and expert witness for a variety of health care organizations.
Sam has extensive expertise in physician-hospital relationships, departmental restructuring, clinical operations, development and implementation of strategic and marketing plans, and facility development and renovation.
Sam is the author of a number of articles and most recently a book entitled The Physician's Survival Guide for the Hospital. In addition, he has held lecturer or adjunct faculty positions at Penn State University, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Drexel University, Temple University, and Hahneman University
