Tracy has over 20 years of health care consulting and administrative experience and leads the firm's facility planning consulting services including strategic master planning, site strategies, capacity analyses, functional assessments, preliminary and detailed space programming, and capital prioritization projects. She is also experienced in strategic and ambulatory care planning, demand forecasting, operational assessments, program and business planning, and revenue enhancement.
Tracy writes and presents on a variety of health care topics, including the impact of service delivery trends on facility planning, capital prioritization, revenue enhancement, emergency services, and clinical program planning.
